I’m off for a bit of a summer vacation to Paris, the Basque Country and then Paris again! I hope to have plenty of photos and tales to share when I return. My friend Lara, who I’m visiting in Paris, and I will be taking two Basque cooking classes – one in Biarritz and one in San Sebastian-Donostia. We’re also making an extra special trip to Mugaritz – a restaurant in the mountains just outside of San Sebastian-Donostia.
